By accessing and using this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.
Azon IA is a platform that enables the creation, management and deployment of artificial intelligence agents to automate customer support and communication across various channels, including website, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and other integrations.

To use the platform, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials.
You are responsible for all activities carried out through your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By registering, you declare that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
You agree to use the platform only for legitimate purposes and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

The Azon IA platform integrates with Meta, Inc. products through their official APIs (WhatsApp Business API, Instagram Messaging API, Messenger Platform). By using these integrations, the user agrees to the following additional terms:
The user is responsible for complying with the Meta Platform Terms, the Meta Developer Policy and the specific policies of each product (WhatsApp Business Policy, Instagram Platform Policy, Facebook Platform Policy).
Data obtained through Meta's APIs is processed exclusively for the purpose of providing the automated support services. We commit to:
The user agrees to use the Meta integrations only to send relevant, authorized messages, in compliance with Meta's messaging policies. It is prohibited to:
Meta may, at any time, revoke access to its APIs. In such cases, features dependent on those integrations may become unavailable. KNOWLEDGE ADDICT LDA will not be liable for interruptions caused by Meta's decisions.
The platform, including all its content, features and functionality (including but not limited to code, design, interface, logos and trademarks) is the property of KNOWLEDGE ADDICT LDA and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
You retain all rights to the content you upload or create on the platform (agent settings, conversations, customer data, etc.). By using the platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive and revocable license to process that content solely to provide the services.
Use of the platform may be subject to paid subscription plans. Prices and features for each plan are available in the platform's billing area.
Payments are processed through third-party payment service providers. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled beforehand. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or in exceptional circumstances assessed on a case-by-case basis.
The processing of personal data in connection with the use of this platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Service.
We commit to processing all personal data in compliance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and other applicable legislation, including the obligations arising from the Meta Platform Terms regarding data obtained through its APIs.
You may request the deletion of your personal data at any time, including data obtained through integrations with the Meta Platform. To do so, you can:

We strive to keep the platform available 24/7, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. There may be periods of unavailability for scheduled maintenance or emergencies.
We reserve the right to carry out maintenance, updates and modifications to the platform at any time. We will try to minimize the impact of these activities.
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be suitable for your specific needs or that the results obtained will be accurate or reliable.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KNOWLEDGE ADDICT LDA will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.
You are solely responsible for the content, behavior and responses of your AI agents. KNOWLEDGE ADDICT LDA is not liable for inappropriate or unlawful interactions carried out by your agents.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or quality of third-party services integrated into the platform, including Meta's services. Changes or interruptions to Meta's services that affect the platform's features do not constitute liability of KNOWLEDGE ADDICT LDA.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless KNOWLEDGE ADDICT LDA, its directors, employees and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debts and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, at any time and without prior notice, if you violate these Terms of Service, the Meta Platform Terms, or if we consider that your conduct is harmful to the platform, other users or third parties.
After termination, you will lose access to the platform and its content. You may request a copy of your data within the applicable legal period. Data obtained via Meta's APIs will be deleted as required by the Meta Platform Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Material changes will be communicated through the platform and/or by email with reasonable advance notice.
These Terms of Service are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Portuguese courts.
These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and KNOWLEDGE ADDICT LDA regarding the use of the platform.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
The failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
