Data protection
Roles, retention and isolation.
- GDPR
- AZON operates under the EU General Data Protection Regulation. Customers act as data controller; AZON acts as processor for the personal data handled in the platform.
- Documented subprocessors
- Every third party involved in processing is listed publicly, with its purpose and data processing agreement.
- Data retention
- Retention of conversations and media is configurable per account, so data is not kept longer than the operation requires.
- Access isolation
- Each account only reaches its own data. Isolation is enforced at the database level with row-level security policies, not only in the interface.
Platform & infrastructure
Where the platform runs.
- European infrastructure
- The application database, authentication and storage run on managed European infrastructure.
- Official channel APIs
- WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger conversations are handled through Meta's official platform APIs.
- Encrypted transport
- Traffic between your browser, the platform and connected providers uses TLS.
- Authentication
- Access requires an authenticated account with email verification; roles determine what each member can see.
- Auditability
- Platform operations and integration events are logged for diagnosis and review.
